After the onboarding wizard, the dashboard shows a getting-started checklist: the handful of things that turn an empty account into a working one.

The checklist

Each step tracks itself against your real data — add a supplier and that step ticks off on its own; there is nothing to mark as done by hand. A ring shows your progress, and the next unfinished step is highlighted with its action button. What it asks for depends on your role. A buyer or PM is guided towards setting up procurement: A requestor sees a shorter list ending in submitting their first request, since the rest isn’t theirs to do. The checklist is dismissible on the dashboard and hides itself once everything is complete. You can always reopen the full version.

Guided tours

Every checklist step links to the page where the work happens with a tour attached. The tour spotlights the actual controls on the real page, one step at a time — it is not a video or a mock-up. Five tours ship today:
  • Add a supplier
  • Create a budget
  • Invite your team
  • Create a request — for buyers and PMs
  • Submit a request — for requestors
You can leave a tour at any point, and starting a step from the checklist always relaunches its tour, so it is safe to come back later.
