Seloria has two plans. Both include the full sourcing and purchasing workflow — requests, RFI/RFP/RFQ, AI quote extraction, the supplier portal, purchase orders and approvals by email. Team adds five modules for warehouse, finance and control.
Nothing is charged during the beta. You choose a plan when you sign up, it takes effect immediately, and prices start to count only when the beta ends.

Prices

Paying for the year costs the same as ten months — two months free. There is no implementation fee.

What each plan includes

On Starter, the Team modules don’t appear in the menu. If someone opens one from a link, they see that it comes with the Team plan, and an administrator can change the plan from there.

Users

A seat is any active user in your organization, whatever their role. Pending invitations count too — the seat is taken when you send the invite. These don’t take a seat:
  • Suppliers. They answer RFQs and send quotes from the supplier portal, which needs no account.
  • Deactivated users, and users whose data was erased at their request.
When all seats are in use, inviting someone new is blocked. Deactivate a user who no longer needs access, or add seats: each extra user is $29 per month. During the beta, write to hello@seloria.io to add seats.

Storage

Storage covers every file your organization uploads: attachments on requests, RFx and purchase orders, supplier quotations sent through the portal, files in messages, your logo and profile pictures. Exports you generate from Settings don’t count. Administrators see how much you use in Settings → Plan. It is measured every night and updated as files are uploaded.
  • At 80% you see a warning there.
  • When it’s full, new uploads are refused with a clear message — including files a supplier tries to send through the portal. Everything already uploaded stays available to view and download.
Extra storage is sold at what it costs us: $1.50 per month for each 100 GB. During the beta, write to hello@seloria.io to add it.

AI allowance

Both plans include the AI features — reading supplier quotes, extracting line items and invoices, and mapping spreadsheets when you import data. Each plan has a fair-use allowance, measured per week and per month, and Team’s is larger. Settings → AI features shows what you have used this week and this month, by feature and by user, and when each period resets. The week starts on Monday and the month on the first day, both in UTC. If your organization reaches the limit, AI features pause until the period resets, and the rest of Seloria keeps working normally. You can always enter the data by hand.

Changing plan

An administrator changes the plan in Settings → Plan. The change takes effect immediately.

Moving up to Team

The five Team modules appear in the menu straight away. Anything that was read-only from an earlier downgrade becomes editable again.

Moving down to Starter

Two things to know before you switch:
  • Users. Starter includes 5 seats. If more users are active, the switch is refused until you deactivate enough of them — or have extra seats.
  • Team modules with data become read-only. Stock, receipts, invoices and budgets you already have stay visible and exportable, with a banner saying the plan no longer includes them. Nothing is deleted; you just can’t record new entries. Modules you never used simply disappear from the menu.
If your files take more space than Starter includes, nothing is deleted either; new uploads are refused until you are back under the limit.
