Your language preference
Seloria is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and the choice is per user — colleagues in the same organization can each work in their own language. To change yours, go to Settings and find the Language selector in your profile section. Click Español or English:- The interface switches immediately — no reload needed.
- The preference is saved to your profile, so notification emails and weekly/monthly summaries you receive are also written in your chosen language.
Bilingual catalogs
Your organization’s reference catalogs — units of measure, incoterms, and other classification lists — store names in both languages. The interface displays them in whichever language you are using: a unit shown as “Pieza” in Spanish appears as “Piece” in English. When you create or edit catalog entries (for example units or incoterms), you can provide both the Spanish and English names.Suppliers get their own language
Suppliers don’t need to share your language. Each supplier contact has their own preferred language (English or Spanish), set on the supplier record, and Seloria uses it for everything outbound:- RFQ invitation emails are written in the contact’s language. If you invite several contacts with different preferences, each one receives the email in their own language.
- RFQ PDF documents attached to invitations are generated in the recipient’s language — labels, terms, and date formats included.
- Purchase order emails and PO PDFs follow the same rule: Seloria resolves the recipient’s preferred language (the primary contact’s, by default) and renders both the email and the attached PDF accordingly, including number and date formatting.
Dark mode
Seloria includes a full dark theme:- Use the theme toggle in the top bar to switch instantly between light and dark.
- The same control is also available in Settings → Appearance.
- Your choice persists across sessions on that browser.
